Reservations

Reservation is mandatory and may be made:

  • on line
  • At the Call Center, tel. 06 39.96.75.57
    Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00
  • At the INFOPOINT - Operational on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

at least 5 days prior to the tour.

Visits are planned for a maximum of 15 people, with access every 30 minutes.

Tickets are issued with the name of the visitor and are restricted to a date and time. In case of late arrival, visitors will not be allowed into the Palace. It is not possible to change the date and time of the visit and tickets are non-refundable.

In case of institutional events or bad weather, the path may be subject to changes and/or reductions due to the inaccessibility of certain areas. In such cases, no refund of the entrance fee shall be made, not even partial.

Even tours already booked may be cancelled due to institutional events. In such case, the tour may be newly booked on another day or the ticket may be refunded.

The tour is guided by volunteer personnel recruited through agreements with the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and the Italian Touring Club.

The guided tour of the Quirinale Palace is only in Italian.

Visitors must show up 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the visit, with a valid identification card. Face masks must be worn. In case the names given at the time of the reservation do not coincide with those on the identification documents, visitors will be denied access.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  • INFOPOINT – Information and reservation center, Salita di Montecavallo 15. Open on the days in which the Palace is open, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
    At the INFOPOINT, visitors will find information leaflets and other material illustrating the tour.
